• HEART IQ SCORE provides only cardiac risk assessment and do other medical issues are analysed.
• It must not be relied upon as a standalone diagnostic instrument.
• HEART IQ SCORE does not replace clinical evaluation, diagnostic tests, or a registered medical practitioner’s judgment.
• SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is only liable to provide a cardiac risk assessment score to registered members after sampling and screening if necessary.

2. No Medical Advice

• HEART IQ SCORE does not provide medical advice, therapeutic recommendations, or prescriptions.
• Output generated is for general informational purposes only.
• Users must consult a qualified, registered medical practitioner before taking any health-related decisions.
• HEART IQ SCORE is responsible only for the final report and no oral communication between the registered user and any third party during the process shall be treated as advice, recommendations, suggestion and SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not at all liable for any oral communications.

3. Risk Estimate Only

• HEART IQ SCORE app provides a probability-based risk estimate based on HEART IQ SCORE program, not a medical certainty.
• A low score does not guarantee absence of disease.
• A high score does not confirm the presence of disease.
• False positives and false negatives may occur due to inherent limitations of risk-prediction tools.
• HEART IQ SCORE program is a self-developed method based on inputs from a experienced cardiologists and do not follow any specific medical standards.

4. Dependency on User & Third-Party Data

• HEART IQ SCORE results depend on:
  • User-entered information
  • Laboratory test reports
  • Imaging reports provided by external centres
• SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data provided by the user or third-party service providers.

5. Laboratory & Imaging Responsibility

• Laboratory tests, sample collection, and CT imaging are performed by independent third-party entities.
• SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED does not control and is not liable for:
  • Sample collection quality
  • Test methodology
  • Imaging procedures or acquisition quality
  • Reporting accuracy
  • User interface with Third parties.
• Any disputes regarding test results must be addressed directly with the respective provider.

6. Clinical Pathway Limitation

• The risk-based pathways (low / intermediate / high) are indicative in nature.
• The following decisions must be taken exclusively by the user’s treating physician:
  • Further investigations
  • Medications
  • Interventions
  • Hospitalization

7. Emergency Disclaimer

• HEART IQ SCORE is not intended for medical emergencies.
• The user must seek immediate emergency medical attention in case of symptoms such as:

  • Breathlessness
  • Fainting
  • Sudden weakness or neurological symptoms
• HEART IQ SCORE does not provide real-time emergency services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, founders, advisors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Medical outcomes
• Clinical decisions based on HEART IQ SCORE outputs
• Delayed diagnosis or missed diagnosis
• Health deterioration, complications, or death
• Actions taken or omitted based on HEART IQ SCOREs
• Use of HEART IQ SCORE is entirely at the user’s own risk.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

• HEART IQ SCORE does not guarantee prevention of cardiac disease or reduction of adverse cardiac events.
• Health outcomes depend on multiple personal, clinical, lifestyle, and genetic factors beyond the scope of HEART IQ SCORE.

10. Population-Level Tool

• HEART IQ SCORE is designed for population-level screening and stratification.
• It may not be valid for the following categories unless used under medical supervision:
  • Children
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with known advanced cardiovascular disease

11. Data Privacy, Consent & Use

• By using HEART IQ SCORE, the user consents to:
  • Collection, processing, and storage of relevant personal and health information
  • Use of anonymized and aggregated data for research, algorithm improvement, and validation
• SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection laws and internal privacy policies.

12. Algorithm Updates

• HEART IQ SCORE algorithms, thresholds, and recommendations may be periodically updated based on:
  • Clinical evidence
  • Advisory board recommendations
  • Validation studies
  • Regulatory or compliance changes
• Updated versions may alter previously generated scores.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from the use of HEART IQ SCORE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in (MALAPURAM) (Registered office of SWIZTON MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED), unless otherwise specified by applicable law.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using HEART IQ SCORE, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Disclaimers and Conditions of Use.
• If the user does not agree, they must discontinue use of the HEART IQ SCORE platform immediately.
